BENLON 7722(Toughening and shrinkage reducing agent)

It is used as toughening and shrinkage reduction agent to improve processing properties and final fiber quality. It is mainly applied on PET / Nylon / Acrylic.
The main purpose of adding toughening and shrinkage reducing agents in the polyester melt spinning process is:
Make the spinning process smoother: by improving melt fluidity, stabilizing extrusion, and reducing carbon deposition.
Make the fiber performance better: significantly reduce the thermal shrinkage of the fiber (especially the boiling water shrinkage) and improve the toughness of the fiber (impact strength, elongation at break).
