DESCRIPTION：Amino silicon softener

INTRODUCTION：It is widely applied in padding process for any fiber such as cotton、

polyester、T/C and dipping process for garment to have an excellent smooth hand feeling on treated fabric.   

CLASSIFICATION：ECO-friendly grade

APPEARANCE：Transparent viscosity fluidity form

COMPONENT：Amino silicon emulsion

CONCENTRATION：60%

PH VALUE：7.5 ± 0.5

IONIC：Non ionic / weak cationic

VISCOSITY (25℃)：3,000 cps ± 500 cps

SOLUBILITY：It is soluble in water

CHARACTERISTICS： 

It is mainly applied in after finishing process for any kind of fabric to get a very smooth hand feeling.

It is used in dipping for garment or padding process the piece of fabric.

It is low foaming with low C.O.D. value and shows excellent lubricity, elasticity and anti-creasing property.

It has good penetrating property and very stable in padding bath but avoid putting with anionic chemicals together in the same bath.

It is easily dilute at any ratio with water for applying in after finishing process.
