DESCRIPTION：Acid Buffer

INTRODUCTION：A new generation acid buffer system for cotton and polyester fabric/ yarn dyeing in textile industry.

CLASSIFICATION：ECO grade

APPEARANCE：Clear liquid form

MISCIBILITY：Miscible with cold water

COMPATIBILITY：Compatible with all dyeing auxiliaries and hard water

CHARACTERISTICS：             

Ecofriendly, 0.5 g/L with BOD 31.3 mg/L and COD 78.25 mg/L.

Assures consistent results in polyester dying with very high leveling properties and true color yield.

It shows excellent in pH buffer for dyeing nylon fabric with acid dyes and polyester fabric with disperse dyes.

Enhance hard water stability gives unique buffering action.

More stable, pH of neutralized fabric remains more stable.

Specially suited for package dyeing system like cotton and polyester fabric/ yarn dyeing.

No yellowing of stands in case of white and stable in high temperature ( up to 180℃ ).

Has greater core alkali neutralization.

APPLICATION：

BENLON 2900 due to its low volatility, maintain a constant pH in the acid range and hence better than acetic acid and hence does not impair shade and depth of disperse dyeing.

Also apart from its good buffering action it offers excellent dispersing and sequestering action.
